What’s my typical day…
6:30 a.m. – Wake up. Get the kids, Joanna and myself ready for the day.
7:00 a.m. – Breakfast as a family. I usually have oatmeal with berries.
10:00 a.m. – Two hours in the gym working on technique and conditioning
Noon – High protein/low-fat lunch. I usually have grilled fish and vegetables.
1:30 p.m. –Business meetings and appointments
5:00 p.m. – Two hours at the gym, sparing and fighting
7:30 p.m. – High protein/low-fat dinner with family. I typically have grilled chicken with a salad and vegetables.
8:00p.m. – Rest. Time with my family and friends

7:30 p.m. – High protein/low-fat dinner with family. I typically have grilled chicken with a salad and vegetables.
8:00p.m. – Rest. Time with my family
